German Requirements for Major The German faculty is in the process of redesigning the German major and minor this year. Therefore, some of the courses currently required for the major and minor may not be offered. However, courses currently being piloted in German will replace required courses not being offered. Study abroad in an approved off-campus program. Residence in the Gerstacker International House for at least one semester.
