D107 1968-70 GTO Hood, Steel (RE).............................. $399.00/ea. We have done extensive testing proving very good overall fit and quality. These hoods also fit 1968-70 Lemans and Tempest. Note 1: For Ram Air applications the underhood bracing will need to be cut to accept Ram Air components. Note 2: The center contour line slightly fades away between the scoops. This is easily corrected with minimal work. Note 3: The lip inside the scoop cavity has extra material left from the stamping and needs to be trimmed. RUBBER BUMPERS D105 D105 1965-67 GTO Hood, Steel (RE).............................. 399.00/ea. Points of interest: the inside of the front brace has two small cutouts that were not on original hoods. Once installed these are not visible. For 1966-67 the holes will need to be drilled for the D102 Arrowhead. Also slight depressions appear at the outside edges of the scoop. Original hoods also had these but not as prominent. Hood scoop gaps are wider on D105 than originals. Note 1: This hood uses the 1967 cage nut design for attaching the hood to hinge. 1965-66 originally used studs. For hinge bolt kit use D134C.
