EOP S Course EOPS 60R4 *ENRICHMENT CLASS 1-3 units 18-54 hours total The EOPS class attempts to meet the individual academic needs of those students enrolled. We do that by open discussions within the class pertaining to various types of assignments. There are three basic objectives that the students strive to accomplish. The first would be understanding the reasons for and methods of researching subject matter and thinking objectively in analyzing different points of performance as college level students. In addition to the basic assignments, there are various topics that we discuss that are related to the college campus community, the Antelope Valley community and international affairs. This dialogue tends to broaden the knowledge of a student as to why they are studying the subjects that they are enrolled in. Most important, however, this class is designed to help students meet the routine requirements of other classes being taken concurrently. (Credit course not applicable to the Associate Degree and Certificate Programs.)
