Chemically cleaned rods 100% rebuilt to specifications, checked for bend and twist with pin bushings replaced. Crankshafts are checked for bend, ground to size with oil hoses chamfered and journals polished. Camshafts are replaced with new or remanufactured ones. Remanufactured ones are reground and the journals are polished. Blocks are magnetic particle inspected, decks cleaned and resurfaced as necessary. Bored within .004 of finished size.
