To ensure seamless transfer, students must develop their specific program of study in close coordination with a Cochise College advisor. In addition to preparing students for a teaching career, history provides an excellent background for careers in education, law, business, social work and government. Hospitality The Associate of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Administration combines a firm foundation for employment in hotel administration with general education for students who plan to continue their studies at a university. This degree program has been completely articulated with Northern Arizona University. The Hospitality Administration Certificate provides grounding in business and in the fundamental principles involved in hotel and restaurant operations. The certificate is intended for those students planning to go directly to work and for those who want to prepare themselves for career advancement.
