Incorporated as gTrustees of the College of the Holy Crossh in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in
1865, The College of the Holy Cross admits qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic
origin, sex, age or handicap to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or
made available to its students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic
origin, sex, age, sexual orientation or handicap in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

The College reserves the right in its sole judgment to make changes of any nature in its program, calendar or academic schedule whenever it is deemed necessary or desirable, including changes in course
content, the rescheduling of classes with or without extending the academic term, canceling of scheduled courses and other academic activities, and requiring or affording alternatives for scheduled courses
or other academic activities, in any such case giving such notice thereof as is reasonably practicable
under the circumstances.
The College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc., a non-governmental, nationally recognized organization whose affiliated institutions include elementary schools
through collegiate institutions offering post-graduate instruction.
Accreditation of an institution by the New England Association indicates that it meets or exceeds criteria for the assessment of institutional quality periodically applied through a peer group review process.
An accredited school or college is one which has available the necessary resources to achieve its stated
purposes through appropriate educational programs, is substantially doing so, and gives reasonable
evidence that it will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. Institutional integrity is also addressed
through accreditation.
Accreditation by the New England Association is not partial but applies to the institution as a whole.
As such, it is not a guarantee of the quality of every course or program offered, or the competence of
individual graduates. Rather, it provides reasonable assurance about the quality of opportunities available to students who attend the institution.
