dennis carpenter returns carburetor returns our carburetors are built to factory specifications and are in proper working condition when they leave our facility during installation be sure not to strip threads at any connections be sure there is no water or debris in the gasoline do not attempt to disassemble the carburetor or make any repairs if you suspect the carburetor is defective call our customer service dept 1-800-476-9653 option 2 and request a return authorization number place the item back in the original packaging and return to carpenter industries via ups ground only when received back we will test for any defective or damaged areas if found to be defective we will replace or issue a full refund including return shipping if the carburetor has been damaged during installation no refund will be given and the carburetor will be returned to the customer at the customer s expense merchandise returns please inspect the merchandise upon arrival returns within 30 days of shipping date are acceptable after 30 days a 20 restocking charge will be applied after six months a 50 restocking charge will be applied for no reason will merchandise be accepted after one year all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice a merchandise return authorization form included with your order and a return authorization number failure to have a return authorization will result in a delay and your item will be held until we can process the claim please call 1-800-476-9653 for a return authorization number claims all claims must be taken up with dennis carpenter reproductions please inspect the merchandise upon receipt if damage is found contact our customer service dept within 7 days please keep merchandise in the original carton for the carrier to inspect no claims accepted after 15 days warranty we guarantee to replace or at our option repair any product or parts which are found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment our obligation with respect to such products or parts shall be limited to replacement or repair and in no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages or for transportation installation adjustment or other expenses which may arise in connection with such products or parts this warranty expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness electrical items all electrical items are non-returnable all sales are final this includes starters distributors distributor caps coils points switches spark plugs fuses light bulbs wiper motors pumps and all wiring harnesses connectors vi for orders only 1-800-476-9653
