inpatient services our highly skilled nurses and physicians provide inpatient care on our special intensive care unit and our medical/surgical unit known as marland ii located on the second floor of the hospital our staff is well-trained knowledgeable and prides itself in providing each patient with personalized compassionate care oncology services goodall hospital began offering medical oncology services when dr suzanne berlin and dr robert horowitz joined the medical staff in 2000 in february of 2002 the goodall oncology center opened in a separate building on the hospital campus full case management chemotherapy and blood administration services are offered here for those with cancer and other hematological problems.

occupational health services goodall s occupational health program was one of the first of its kind in maine its staff specializes in the treatment of workrelated injuries and offers a wide range of wellness and prevention services its goal is to reduce employee illness and injuries and their related costs clinics are located in sanford at the goodall regional wellness center and in biddeford at park one eleven eldercare services caring for the region s seniors has long been a part of goodall s mission we re proud to offer a comprehensive range of services that is provided by a staff that s second to none traditional nursing home care skilled rehabilitation care and residential care and day services programs for those with alzheimer s disease or related dementia are all offered at facilities located on the goodall campus.

community services goodall hospital is involved in a wide number of community initiatives the alliance for healthy families is one of these success stories begun in 1995 with a coalition of community groups the program offers home visits to all first-time parents from before their child s birth to age 5 family support workers visit as often as once a week and share child development information review developmentally appropriate play activities and distribute a list of community resources for young families other services in addition to the programs featured in this brochure there are many other services offered at your community hospital on the following page is an alphabetical listing of major services including those listed in this informational booklet if you have any questions about the hospital in general or a service not listed please do not hesitate to call the community relations office at 490-7390.
