Page 12 of Triano Technical Guide by Hearing Planettechnical description audio input the audio input enables the hearing instrument to be connected to electroacoustic transmission equipment such as speech-hearing training equipment the connection to accessories is made via the audio input boot and an audio input cord triano s bte s audio input system features two operating modes select either direct audio input program 2 or audio input plus acoustic input from the microphone program t when the audio input boot is connected to the hearing instrument the audio input program is automatically activated the t-coil and program 2 are not available for operation while the audio input boot is coupled to the hearing instrument attaching audio boot with the battery compartment door open lift the cover for the audio input this audio input cover is hinged under the 1t2 switch close the battery compartment door hook the audio boot on as shown and swing the boot out until it snaps onto the opposite side triano s tm switching off hearing instrument with audio boot press the audio boot to the rear as shown cover for audio input removing audio boot remove the audio boot in the direction shown and close the audio input cover safety instructions for hearing instruments with audio input the audio input may be connected to line-operated equipment only if this fulfills at least the safety requirements of iec/din vde 0860.[close] |
