35 Pierre-Olivier Garcia/Vehicle Design cubic: the moving architecture This project proposes a rental transport service available from travel and business centres in the world�fs major cities, where an artistic and historic context is important. The vehicle can be used as anything from mobile office to an interactive tourist taxi and a wheelchair-accessible runabout. Designed to give the user a perception of space and relaxation, it drives with a rudder, allowing one-handed parking manoeuvres, whilst containing current GPS, internet and voice-activated technologies. Exploration of various urban scenarios results in the possibility to connect the vehicle with other Cubic pods to move in a convoy or to plug-in to buildings to create �elifts-parking�f.
