Standoff tabs prevent tie head from seating in button during strap insertion Pilot bushing protects the strap from abrasion on the mounting hole edge Ribs increased ribs added to the bottom of the button head for added durability Strap more radiused edges for added flexibility Serrations redesigned serrations and wedge design provide optimal strength when seated in the head Retainers lower retainers on BT130 help prevent the strap from backing out of the mounting hole and holds HellermannTytons saddle mounts in place during assembly. Button Head Ties The button head tie is a two piece tie providing for parallel entry and exit through the head. The strap contains serrations on both sides and has two opposed pawls recessed within a domed head. This design allows the strap to be directed clockwise or counter-clockwise prior to insertion into the head, enabling bi-directional looping.
