cooling system to the register grill 3 ducted roof or ground mounted evaporative coolers mechanical parts 4 1 heating and 1 cooling system check-up is included with this contract policyholder is work or commercial or industrial grade systems or components 3 dirty coils drains blowers ducts and/or furnace parts 4 any cosmetic or surface damages light bulbs handles glass or transparent plastics damage caused by rust moisture or mold 5 any access required to the interior of walls floors ceilings etc for complete and accurate diagnostics of a failed heating or cooling system 6 if any unit in this section needs to be replaced the cash dispersment will be valued according to schedule d section 6 item b c limits 1 $1500 maximum coverage during seller s listing period 2 dishwasher stove range oven built-in microwave trash compactor garbage disposal hot water heater garage door openers and ceiling fans 3 in the event refrigerator or freezer fails inhouse will warrant a cash disbursement for trees and plants 4 all access required to the interior of walls floors concrete slabs ceilings or below grade underground for a complete and accurate diagnostics of a failed plumbing pool water supply or draining system 5 pool or spa drainage or resurfacing 6 pressure regulation components or damage caused by excessive water pressure or flow 7 commercial or industrial grade systems or components 22 refrigerators and ice makers a covered item 1 same terms as listed under section 16a b not covered 1 same terms as listed under section 16b sealed refrigeration systems are not covered 23 clothes washer and dryer 17 security system 14 plumbing system a covered items 1 leaks or failure of component parts necessary for the normal operation of water supply and sewage removal originally designed and correctly installed for the dwelling of record limited to the following components i pipes traps risers vents valves rubber or wax seals diverters mechanical links water tanks reservoirs sinks bowls and level indicators ii blockage removal for toilets tubs showers bathing stalls hot water heaters and below sink mounted disposals iii blockage coverage only pertains to items having accessible 20 roof leak repair a urgent repair items receive top priority meaning a service provider will arrive at property within 24-hours of the time of initial service request urgent service requested on
