ORDER BY PHONE
Your phone orders are welcomed and charged to your Visa, Mastercard or DiscoverCard account. Be sure to have your
account number and expiration date ready. We also welcome American Express cards.
ORDERS BY MAIL
For your convenience, order forms are enclosed. Pay for your order by Bank Checks, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard,
DiscoverCard or American Express. Be sure to include the account numbers and expiration date for charge card
orders. K.A.R. Auto Group, Inc. will ship all orders from our Ohio or Maryland locations. Orders will be shipped from
multiple locations at no incremental cost to you, the valued customer. In some instances, to satisfy your order promptly
we may drop ship items directly from the manufacturer at no additional expense to you.
BACK ORDERS
You are billed only for available merchandise. Back-ordered merchandise will be shipped at our freight expense.
FREIGHT SHIPPING FEES
We assume no responsibility for shipping fees. We attempt to ship the most convenient and practical method available
to us. We will do everything possible to assure you receive your product in excellent condition. In an ever changing
shipping environment your rates could be higher after it is packed then when quoted during ordering.
SHIPPING POLICY
Because of the nature of our business dealing in unique and hard to locate parts, our policy is to ship orders within 48
hours of the day they are received. Parts are shipped UPS whenever possible, so be sure to give us your street address. We reserve the right to ship "freight collect" whenever a bulky or heavy part is ordered. Duty and Customs on
export orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. K.A.R. AUTO GROUP, INC. assumes no responsibility. All
truck freight items must be prepaid. Ohio residents must pay sales tax.
RETURNS GENERAL
If you are dissatisfied with any part, it may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of invoice.
Please enclose the original packing slip with all returns and ship transportation prepaid. All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability to K.A.R. AUTO GROUP, INC. is limited to the replacement
of the defective parts. Please feel free to call and discuss any part you are not satisfied with, so that any appropriate
adjustment can be made.
RETURNS CUSTOMER ERROR
If you order an incorrect part, new or used, it may be returned within 30 days from date of invoice with prior approval
from K.A.R. Auto Group, Inc. In this instance a 20% restocking fee will be charged. The part ordered in error must be
returned transportation prepaid.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive an opened or damaged package, inspect it in the
presence of the carrier and have the driver note "damage" on the delivery sheet. Contact your local (UPS or Truckline)
so they can send a representative to inspect the damaged package immediately. Then call K.A.R. AUTO GROUP, INC.
and give us your name and invoice number from the package label. If you discover damage after opening the package,
also notify your local office (UPS or Truckline) so they can send a representative to inspect the package and then call
K.A.R. AUTO GROUP, INC. In all cases of damage, the parcel must be inspected at the point of delivery to the customer. If this procedure is not followed the carrier cannot be held liable for a claim on the damaged merchandise.
PRICES
Due to increases by our suppliers, prices may change without prior notice. We intend to hold these changes to a
minimum. Any Ford Motor Company item or any official licensed product is more susceptible to price increases. These
licensed items also includes royalties payment.
