MPV
| BREAKTHROUGH DESIGNS ARE A MAZDA TRADITION, A FACT DEMONSTRATED
CONVINCINGLY BY THE 2006 MAZDA MPV . EMERGING FROM THE SAME POTENT
ZOOM-ZOOM GENE POOL AS THE RX-8, MX-5 MIATA AND MAZDA3, THE MPV IS, QUITE
SIMPLY, A BLAST TO DRIVE. AS AGILE AND RESPONSIVE AS IT IS VERSATILE, THE MPV
TAKES ALL THE TRADITIONAL MINIVAN VIRTUES AND ADDS TO THEM A HEALTHY
PORTION OF DRIVING EXHILARATION. ITS WHAT MAKES THE MPV SO SATISFYING WHEN
EXPERIENCED FROM BEHIND THE WHEEL. BUT THEN, NO OTHER MINIVAN OFFERS WHAT
THE MAZDA MPV DOES: THE BODY OF A MINIVAN. THE SOUL OF A SPORTS CAR.

To those who think a minivan automatically consigns its driver to a life
of motoring monotony, we offer a spirited rebuttal: the 2006 Mazda
MPV. Within its lean, athletic lines lives the spirit of Zoom-Zoom,
expressed through a powertrain so responsive, its downright exhilarating
Plus handling that's been hailed by the automotive press as more nimble
and more fun. The MPV driving experience starts with the performance
of a spirited, 200-hp V6 engine and electronically controlled 5-speed
automatic, and continues with confidence-inspiring handling provided
by gas-filled struts and shocks, front and rear stabilizer bars and precise
power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering. In fact, given its fun-to-drive
credentials, this is one minivan even a sports sedan can respect.

Every Mazda MPV comes equipped with an abundant portion of driving fun. But behind-the-wheel enjoyment comes much easier when
it's accompanied by peace of mind. That's one reason why the MPV comes with the safety of 4-wheel disc brakes, an Anti-lock Brake
System (ABS), and front and rear crumple zones. Not to mention a Five-Star crash safety rating, the highest possible, in U.S
government tests for driver and passenger protection in frontal and side impacts. What's more, MPV offers an available trailer hitch
with wiring harness and a 4-Seasons Towing Prep Package (available on LX and ES models only), that lets you tow up to 3,000 pounds
So go ahead bring that favorite motorcycle or watercraft along for the ride without worry. Because we've definitely got your back.

The nimble MPV has few equals when it comes to delivering fun behind the wheel. But this is a
minivan of many talents. Whether its a weekend road trip, a zoo day with the kids, or just a visit to the
local warehouse store, the MPV never fails to delight. It's filled with thoughtful features like dual
remote-control power sliding doors (standard on the ES, available on the LX, not available on LX-SV)
Ingeniously engineered multifunction 2nd- and 3rd-row seats. A deep cargo well behind the rear seat for
your groceries and gear. Not to mention a clever array of storage compartments, map and courtesy lights
and even a dozen beverage holders. Obviously, with amenities like these, there's not a bad seat in the house

Virtually everywhere the eye falls inside the MPV, there's something to impress. It might
be the high quality of materials used throughout the cabin. The exemplary fit and finish
The meticulous craftsmanship, or perhaps the obvious attention to thoughtful details
Take the MPV's steering wheel, for example. It not only tilts for extra comfort, but also
includes built-in audio and cruise control functions. The ergonomically contoured driver's
seat offers a lumbar adjustment for added support. Instrument gauges are large and easy
to read. Controls are intuitively placed, to minimize driver distraction. And of course,
power windows, mirrors and door locks are standard. As is air conditioning with front
and rear zone controls on the ES (available on the LX and the LX-SV). Who knew one
minivan could hold so much pleasure?

BUT AS USUAL, CHILDREN PUT IT MUCH BETTER.
AND SIMPLY CALL IT ZOOM-ZOOM.
