We start with factory original or NOS interiors for our patterns, to assure you of easy installation and a perfect fit. Next, we source automotive grade carpet, leather and vinyls that meet or exceed OEM requirements and hand craft these into the highest quality interiors available. In our on-site facility, our experienced manufacturing team hand crafts these components together one at a time to create interiors that we are proud to install in our own Corvettes. Carpet Sets Our Carpet Sets are made of original match, high density 80/20 Loop or restoration quality Cut-Pile material. We are currently the exclusive source for this original match 80/20 Loop material. Press molded sets are produced on our own precision molds and are pre-trimmed for easy installation. Heel and dimmer switch pads are OEM correct. Seat Covers Your new Seat Covers start with the finest leather hides and correct grain vinyl, are cut on our state-of-the-art CNC cutter and hand sewn according to our exacting patterns. We offer both concours quality stock designs, as well as eye-catching customs, where you specify the colors to match your Corvettes interior, exterior or both. Seat Foam We mold our own Seat Foam to assure you of the perfect blend of density, durability and fit. When combined, our seat foam and seat covers are engineered to provide the OEM look and feel you demand for your Corvette. Door Panels Our Door Panels are built with anti-warp substrates to exceed factory specifications. Correct grain vinyls used are matched to our seat covers. Panels which incorporate carpet, receive the same material as used in our carpet sets for a factory fresh look.
