ORDERING TIPS
To get your order to us faster, fill out your order form and, instead of mailing it,
phone 800-500-1500, order on-line: www.mamotorworks.com/corvette, or fax to
217-540-4800 (C.O.D. or credit card orders only please). Be prepared to give your
customer number, located on your catalogs address label.
On all mail orders* use our handy order form. Choose from 5 ways to pay:
Check In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to
Mid America Motorworks. Allow 2-3 weeks for clearance before order processing. Check by Phone In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks are processed
through our 3rd party check guarantee provider. $1.00 processing fee. Money Order or Cashiers Check In U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank made
payable to Mid America Motorworks, orders processed immediately.
Credit Card Be sure to include number, expiration date, signature and address
of card holder if different from mailing address. American Express, VISA,
MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, Carte Blanche accepted.
C.O.D. Add $8.50 per order. C.O.D. orders are check or money order on delivery
and only available on orders from $25.00 to $100.00 on in-stock merchandise.
Call for availability. Sorry, C.O.D. not available for orders containing personalized
items, freight shipped items, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or
Express Service. C.O.D. is only available in the 48 contiguous U.S.

EXPRESS SERVICE
Need your merchandise in a hurry?
In addition to our regular, timely delivery, Mid America Motorworks offers three more
options for getting your package to you when you need it: FAST, FASTER, or FASTEST. All
methods of Express Service are only available on in-stock items, shipped from our
warehouse. To find out availability, call our toll-free number during the service hours
listed. Sorry large items and packages over 20 lbs., out of stock items, and items
shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for Express Service. Note: Mail-in orders may be delayed due to manual processing. Please note: UPS
and FedEx do not guarantee their 2nd day air deliveries December 12-25.
DELIVERY
Most of our shipments require a physical shipping address. USPS will deliver to
P.O. and A.P.O. boxes subject to weight restrictions. If a package is not deliverable,
it will be returned to Mid America Motorworks. Minimum shipping and handling charge
is $7.99; follow the chart that appears on the order form. For large items sent freightcollect by truck, please call for quotation. (International shipments we will contact
you with exact shipping charges. For the most efficient service, please include your fax
number or Email address. Duties and taxes to be paid by the customer.)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
(Including Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO)
Our staff is ready to handle your international order. We prefer to receive these

accurate processing and translation. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Always include a FAX number

Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve Day, and
New Years Day.
RETURNS
Mid America Motorworks is dedicated to the assurance of complete customer
satisfaction. Should your order be deficient in any way, please fill out the back
of your invoice and enclose that form along with your return. Please return parts in their original boxes whenever possible. Any items which
have been pre-installed, cut or modified in any way, may not be eligible for
a full refund. Personalized and special order items are non-returnable. Send your returns to us using FedEx Home Delivery Service, UPS, or insured
parcel post. COD returns are not accepted. Returns must be sent prepaid. All
International returns must be authorized in advance by calling 217-540-4200 or
emailing mail@mamotorworks.com.
If you discover damages or losses caused in shipping, notify your local carriers
office immediately. All lost or damaged items must be reported within 10
days. Save all packing material, including the box. Also, please call Mid America
Motorworks with your name, invoice number and description of damage or
loss.
Mid America Motorworks can not be held liable for 3rd party expenses beyond
our control, including installation charges, storage costs, towing charges, etc.
CORE RETURN POLICY
Our rebuilders are not able to accept core returns on items
once they have been modified, painted, cut or altered in any
manner. In order to receive full core credit, core returned must
be the same year, option and application as the item ordered.
Core must be complete and in rebuildable condition to receive
full credit. Please drain all fluids. If you have any questions, please
call our Customer Services Department prior to returning.
MAILING LISTS
We occasionally make our customer list available to carefully screened
companies whose products or services we feel may interest you. If you do not
wish to receive such mailings, please clip your mailing label from the back cover
of your catalog and send it to: Mid America Motorworks, Mail Preference Service,
