the ronster s day out by don tellyer people are always asking us if we ever drive the ronster well as these pictures show it does get a little road time now and then we changed the cars around in the showrooms recently and while the cool ronster was out of the building ron got the itch to take it out for a little spin i tagged along and shot a few photos of ron s little half-hour excursion with its newly painted and installed r2s hood the ronster practically screamed drive me 2 on the road knowing that ron is a racer at heart you shouldn t be surprised that the first thing he did was make a beeline for the nearest windy road located about a mile or so from the shop 3 6 9 it was a great day for a drive too just one more stoplight to go and we re home free finally a stretch of open road ron put the pedal down and the ronster through its paces it s 85° sunny and breezy does it get any better than cruising in an open top roadster 4 7 10 jammin down ijams road hey i m not making it up that s the real name of the road this car looks great from any angle did we mention that we weren t the only mustang on the road this one gave us a thumbs-up as they passed by 5 8 11 our suspension components really keep this machine running flat through the corners even the boss can t play all day a quick if slightly illegal u-turn and back to the stable we weren t the only mustang on the road so as you can see while it may not be a daily driver the ronster does get to get out and run now and then if you re ever in town please stop by and check it out who knows maybe ron will be moving the cars 78 ronster kits restomod headquarters 1-800-999-4289 order toll free!
