citizens’ professional advisory councils the citizens’ professional advisory councils cpac represent individual community stakeholder groups primarily aligned with workforce and academic instructional areas of the college cpac gives community stakeholders a chance to influence the college’s role in the community and communicate the needs of individual organizations and businesses as they relate to the college advisory councils are comprised of local employers and organizational representatives and involve valued constituencies in nmsu carlsbad’s planning for the educational needs of its
