| powder south llc heli-ski guides policy the goal of powder south llc heli-ski guides is to safely provide you with 22 16 12 hours of flying time for our classic heli-package hours of flying time for our semi-private heli-package hours of flying time for our exclusive private group package 12 people 8 people 4 people this amount of hours if well managed should accomplish close to 30,500 vertical meters/100,000 vertical feet of quality heli-skiing with each of the 3 packages however we cannot guarantee this and it may be less due to the nature of heli-skiing in the andes where terrain access requires variable flying time from the lodge depending on conditions powder south llc guarantees and will refund the following amount of hours for each package we offer if this amount is not accomplished due to poor weather or mechanical failure powder south llc will reimburse as much as 4 hrs of flying time per group of 4 people or 7,200 euros 1,800 eu/per hr per group of 4 people note as an example

| tree wells i am aware that deep depressions tree wells in the snow beneath the trees on slopes used for helicopter skiing can be a serious hazard to heli-skiers other heli-skiers heli-skiers ski in groups or with partners and i am aware of the risk of colliding with other heli-skiers and the risk of being separated from other heliskiers or becoming lost helicopter travel i am aware of the risk of mechanical failure or operational error including pilot error in the operation of helicopters and that there are increased risks of helicopter travel in mountainous areas especially in winter weather conditions weather i am aware that weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly without warning transportation to and from areas i am aware of the risks associated with transport through mountainous areas including rapidly changing road and highway conditions and the risks of using aircraft motor coaches vans and taxis which may or may not be owned and/or operated by powder south i a
