Our valued customers, This year we celebrate 50 years of business. Fifty years! What an amazing journey it has been. During this time, weve had the great opportunity to meet and support the best customers in the world. We are very fortunate to work with so many wonderful people throughout our industry: architects, engineers, builders and developers, contractors, dealers and distributors, building officials, and do-it-yourselfers all of us working together to make homes and buildings safer and stronger. Over the years we have learned so much. Weve expanded our product line to serve a wide range of construction needs and expanded our thinking by looking beyond individual products to structures as whole systems. Weve relied on research to guide us. Our state-of-the-art Tyrell Gilb Research Laboratory generates data that helps position us as the leader in structural systems technology. This investment in research continues to benefit our customers as we use the knowledge to create trusted, high-performance products that are easy to use. We also learn from Mother Nature. The past hurricane season reminds us of why we continue to look for new product solutions and construction methods to increase structural safety. Our evaluation of structures following natural disasters has led to many important product improvements and innovations. As you might imagine, in 50 years we have much to be thankful for and many reasons to be proud. Were grateful to have such a strong and loyal customer base. Weve always viewed our customers as integral partners whose feedback and contributions help us develop better products as well as strengthen our level of service. We are also very fortunate to have such an amazing team of people at Simpson. Our employees have a natural tendency toward innovation, problem-solving and customer service.
