· fourth year residency application comd o end of 4th semester · application for candidacy for doctoral degree o 3 months prior to the final defense · irb proposal review form if necessary jan 6 · introduction and overview and autobiographies o class activity class discussion of course overview discussion of autobiographies ­ autobiographies will be a component of the fourth year residency application autobiographies ­ one page 1 past history about ½ the page 2 present about ¼ the page 3 future about ¼ the page o assignment each student will email instructor with their needs and aspirations toward a capstone project no later than sunday mid-night jan 11th email subject box needs each student will email instructor an autobiography ­ no later than sunday mid-night email subject box autobiography jan 13 · address and discuss autobiographies · what has been accomplished toward the cap stone project o class activity 10/16/2004 page 2
