| requirements this class will be designed to be interactive so your attendance is very valuable to you and the other students in the class participation in class discussions will be key to your success weekly quizzes are to help you stay current on the readings quizzes will be based on readings and class discussions you will be notified during the previous week on what the quiz will be based student presentations will be made during class time and spread out over several weeks as you observe and learn new teaching strategies you will be asked to take several and incorporate them into an hour-long lesson plan there will be a comprehensive final exam during the last week of classes this will likely be take-home and involve bringing together the knowledge and strategies you have learned in the class there will be class assignments given during the course designed to give you practice in the strategies being learned all assignments are required to be hand-written no computer-generated mater
