22 SIERRA COLLEGE CATALOG StudentEnrollment ATTENDANCE Sierra College regards attendance at all classes and laboratory sessions as an important student obligation. A student will be allowed six hours of class absence (excluding excused absences) for a three-unit, three-hourper-week, full-term course. All other courses will be prorated in a ratio of one hour of absence to nine hours of class meeting time. Professors will communicate any exception to this attendance regulation.
